Biofeedback - Common terms used during your session

COMMON INDIGO TERMINOLOGY EXPLAINED....

During your sessions you will hear some terms frequently used to describe how well your body is reacting to the energy signatures.  This sheet is to help you remember what the most frequently used ones mean. CALIBRATION: When you are hooked up to the machine the system will run a base line measurement to make sure that it gets the most accurate results.  This is a TRIVECTOR reading and the result is as a percentage of accuracy TRIVECTOR: This is what makes the Indigo system different from other basic bio feedback machines.  It uses 3 different signals for every energy signature and basically “triangulates” to get the most accurate reading. VARHOPE:  This is a series of results which will be discussed with you after the test.  In the table below you will see what each letter stands for. V       Voltage: Energetically reflects stress related to adrenal function and will power. Normal range is 80 – 100, Below 50 is chronic A      Amperage: Energetically reflects stres related to brain function, serotonin and life force Normal range is 80 – 100, Below 50 is chronic R     Resistance: Energetically reflects stress related to the ease of energy flow in the meridians of the body. Normal range is 80 – 100, Below 50 is chronic H     Hydration: Energetically reflects stress related to the body’s water absorption on a cellular level. Normal range is 80 – 100, Below 50 is chronic O     Oxygenation: Energetically reflects stress related to the ease of oxygen flow in the body; reflected in cellular vitality. Normal range is 80 – 100, Below 50 is chronic P     Proton Pressure: Energetically reflects stress related to the body’s energetic pH. 65-70 is the Normal range.  The overall energetic pH is considered to be the most balanced when the numbers between the Proton Pressure and the Electron pressure are within 10 points  of each other. E     Electron Pressure: Energetically reflects stress related to the whole of the body’s electrical functioning. SELYE SCALE: This scale was discovered and developed by Hans Selye which describes how the body copes with stress. (Later he believed a more accurate word to describe this scale would be strain.) Simply put the scale is explained thus:  As a baby when foods and external events are introduced to the body, the baby will react with an ALARM response.  The baby then ADAPTS to these substances. Over time the body becomes tired of adapting constantly to the introduction of things that the body was not designed to cope with and it reacts with EXHAUSTION.  In the body this can show up as symptoms of disease and often food sensitivities. ALLERSODES: This term is used to refer to the foods which our bodies have become sensitive to and should not be confused with Allergies. Often times we can remove/eliminate these from our diets for a short time and then reintroduce them slowly; the process sometimes referred to as the elimination “diet”.
